Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Louisiana
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Most of your day will be spent meeting with clients through scheduled video appointments. You’ll have time between sessions to review cases, complete your notes, and prepare for upcoming appointments. You’ll work with clients throughout Louisiana on a range of concerns and decide how to approach each case based on your clinical assessment and experience. As treatment continues, you’ll keep track of what is working, make changes when needed, and arrange additional support when a client would benefit from it.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions through telehealth
• Complete client intakes and clinical assessments
• Establish treatment goals and determine appropriate interventions
• Maintain session notes and treatment records in the EHR
• Review client progress and update treatment when necessary
• Complete risk assessments and follow established safety procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with Louisiana LCSW requirements

Requirements

• Active Louisiana LCSW license (in good standing)
• Master’s in Social Work (MSW)
• Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient settings (telehealth is a plus)
• Comfortable with EHR documentation and video-based care
• Reliable internet and a private workspace for sessions
