Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

About the Role

Bring your clinical expertise to a remote position focused on helping clients access reliable mental health support from anywhere in Kansas. As an LCSW, you’ll provide therapy services to individuals working through personal challenges, emotional concerns, and major life changes. This role offers the opportunity to focus on meaningful clinical conversations, individualized care, and ongoing client progress while working within a structured telehealth environment.

Location: Kansas
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Your Responsibilities

• Lead virtual therapy sessions with clients based on scheduled appointments
• Gather client history, assess needs, and determine appropriate areas of support
• Create treatment plans that reflect client goals and clinical recommendations
• Help clients address challenges related to stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, and life transitions
• Review client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches when appropriate
• Complete required documentation accurately and within expected timelines
• Maintain professional boundaries and protect client confidentiality
• Follow Kansas licensing requirements, ethical guidelines, and telehealth standards

Requirements

• Must hold an active Kansas license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist (LCP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW)
• Experience in counseling, psychotherapy, or clinical social work
• Comfortable providing services through telehealth
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
• Able to work independently while maintaining a reliable standard of care
