[What you will be working on]

In addition to your teaching duties, you will carry out industry or consultancy projects to help you remain relevant in your profession and to evolving changes in industry, and maintain strong linkages with industry and schools. You will also have the opportunity to have industry attachments or experience on a regular basis to update your skills, knowledge and practices of your profession.

[What we are looking for]

We are seeking dedicated professionals with at least 3 years of industry experience who are eager to share their expertise, nurture student growth, and inspire the next generation.

Education: Relevant training in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Expertise: Proficient in manufacturing or engineering environments involving CAD modelling, CAM programming and simulation, and CNC machining.

Skills: Good communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Additional attributes: A passion for teaching, ability to translate industry practice into classroom learning, and a collaborative, student-oriented approach.

Those with strong and relevant experience can look forward to career development opportunities to advance to Senior Lecturer or to leadership positions in the Colleges or Headquarters.
