What will you do? 

• Carrying out structural design on international projects. 

• Leading junior engineers and drafters to deliver high quality outputs. 

• Training and coaching junior staff to develop and progress their careers. 

• Using structural analysis software, producing structural design calculations and drawings. 

• Understanding international Codes, Standards, and project specific requirements. 

• Communicating regularly with other engineers in overseas offices. 

• Helping drive innovative design solutions. 

• Embracing digital initiatives to drive automation to achieve both efficiency and accuracy in design. 

• Abiding by the company design process, the rules, specialist standard. 

What can you bring to the team? 

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need the following: 

• Graduated from university with a major in Civil & Structural Engineering, and related fields. 

• Having at least 15 years of working experience in structural engineering. 

• Licensed as a professional engineer (ideally, though not mandatory for the role). 

• Having deep understanding of software design, structural analysis, software priority such as: ETABS, SAFE, RAPT, PLAXIS, SAP 2000, CAD, REVIT, and office software. 

• Understand international construction law and design standards. 

• Advanced English communication skills. 

• Having sense of discipline, and modern working style. 

• Can deal with pressure and is willing to work overtime when projects require it.
