About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own and advance strategic fraud risk capabilities within the Fraud Management Product organization, part of Fraud & Claims Management in Global Operations.

This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, operations, analytics, and risk, leading the development and delivery of capabilities that help protect customers and the bank from evolving fraud threats. Fraud Management supports the breadth of Wells Fargo's consumer products and partners across the enterprise to deliver innovative fraud prevention, detection, and risk management solutions.

This is a high-visibility role responsible for driving product strategy, roadmap execution, and delivery of complex initiatives that generate meaningful customer and business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and influential partner who thrives in a highly matrixed environment.

In this role, you will:

• Define and execute product strategies that strengthen fraud prevention, detection, and risk management capabilities.
• Partner with business, technology, analytics, operations, and risk teams to translate strategic objectives into product roadmaps and deliverable solutions.
• Lead the development, prioritization, and refinement of product requirements, user stories, and backlogs.
• Drive initiatives through the full product lifecycle from strategy and concept through deployment and adoption.
• Manage complex dependencies and navigate financial, risk, control, operational, and technology considerations.
• Influence stakeholders and senior leaders to build alignment and drive decisions across diverse teams.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging fraud threats, and competitive capabilities to identify future opportunities.
• Challenge existing approaches and identify opportunities to improve fraud outcomes, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Product Management, Program Management, Strategic Planning, Product Ownership, Change Delivery, or related experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, and education.

Desired Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Product Management experience within a large financial services organization.
• Demonstrated experience defining product strategies, managing roadmaps, and delivering technology-enabled capabilities within a large organization.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes across business and technology teams.
• Strong facilitation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Experience in fraud management, financial crimes, cybersecurity, risk management, or related domains.
• Experience delivering data, analytics, AI/ML, workflow, or technology-enabled capabilities.
• Experience working within Agile product delivery environments.
• Demonstrated success navigating complex, highly matrixed organizations.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively with executive leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to travel as needed.
• Hybrid role with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
