Strategy & Analytics is a fast-growing and dynamic team within the Strategic Partnerships department of Agoda. Strategic Partnerships is a team of creative entrepreneurs that develop solutions for Agoda’s non-accommodation partners and promote Agoda’s top and bottom-line growth. We design tailored business and product solutions with our partners and help them generate measurable value. Members of our team are empowered and supported to grow their market(s) or accounts. The Strategy & Analytics team’s scope includes profitability optimization, target setting, KPI management, data analytics, and business strategy.   

The Opportunity:

As Lead Manager / Associate Director – Strategy & Analytics, you will lead the data strategy and governance of one of Booking Holdings' most critical initiatives, defining how Agoda, Booking.com, and Priceline collectively measure, interpret, and act on business performance. 

Within Booking Holdings, an enhanced and more connected B2B business is being built consolidating the businesses of Booking.com, Priceline and Agoda into a single global division (“New B2B Business”) 

You will own a high-visibility, cross-brand program that goes far beyond data management. This initiative shapes how the company defines growth, evaluates profitability, and allocates resources across its portfolio of businesses, with the work you deliver directly informing decisions at the highest levels of the organization.

What You’ll Do:

•  Lead the design and implementation of a unified data strategy and measurement framework across Agoda, Booking.com, and Priceline, establishing a single source of truth for how the New B2B Business defines, tracks, and acts on performance 

• Own the data harmonization roadmap from scoping through phased delivery, ensuring alignment on definitions, metrics, and data logic across three distinct brand organizations with differing systems and conventions 

• Analyze and translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business strategy and enable strategic decision-making  

•  Build and develop a high-performing global team of analysts by setting strategic direction, establishing quality standards, and creating an environment where the team operates with clarity, accountability, and ambition 

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional global teams across Analytics, Product, Tech, Finance, Legal, etc., to execute on strategic initiatives  

• Keep leadership informed and aligned by providing rigorous reporting and analysis on strategic initiatives, communicating progress, risks, and recommendations in a clear and structured manner to support data-driven decision-making at the Executive level 

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of total professional experience in an analytically rigorous environment; prior experience at a top-tier management consulting firm with demonstrated progression and impact is strongly preferred 

• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects, owning timelines, deliverables, and executive reporting  

• A track record of independently structuring and solving complex, ambiguous problems  

• Strong data literacy and business numeracy, genuinely comfortable interrogating business metrics, evaluating data logic, and translating numbers into meaningful business insights 

• Prior experience managing and developing a team, with the ability to lead across geographies and functions 

• Exceptional Executive communication and presentation skills, able to distill complex, nuanced topics into clear, compelling, and actionable narratives  

• A high-ownership mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, energized by fast-moving environments, and fully accountable for outcomes 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SQL or data querying tools 

• Proficiency in Tableau or equivalent BI and visualization platforms 

• A degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline; an MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier institution is a meaningful plus
