Purpose of the role

Execute and manage end-to-end SCM operational activities including shipment tracking, milestone updates, reporting, validation and exception handling.Responsible for creating and updating shipping documents and customer invoices in the system.

You will be Responsible for:

• Own all SCM operations activities related to file management for customers under the assigned portfolio.
• Manage all file management activities post-booking.
• Handle documentation and system updates.
• Manage operational finance activities.
• Proactively communicate with Customer Service in case of exceptions.
• Support Customer Service in resolving customer queries and operational exceptions.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 3–5 years of relevant experience in SCM, logistics, freight forwarding or shared services operations.
