Job Title: Lead Integrator – Data Transformation

Location: Bristol

Hours: Full time

Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at our Bristol office.

About This Opportunity

We're on a mission to transform how we use data across our Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) division. As part of our CIB Data Labs team, you'll work in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment that brings together architecture, engineering and business communities. You'll play a key role in driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions that make a real difference to our customers.

As a Lead Integrator, you'll operate at the intersection of business, product, data, AI, and technology, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into coordinated delivery and measurable outcomes. You'll provide an integrated view across client journeys, platforms, products, operations, and change initiatives, enabling timely decisions, effective prioritisation, and delivery at pace.

Working across business units and partner groups, you'll align objectives, dependencies, risks, and investments to maximise value realisation. You'll shape how Data, Analytics, and AI capabilities are embedded into client and colleague experiences, driving improved decision-making, productivity, and customer outcomes.

Acting as a trusted senior leader, you'll influence stakeholders, navigate complexity, and remove barriers to execution. This role requires strong commercial acumen, client-centric thinking, and the ability to drive meaningful business outcomes while fostering collaboration across diverse teams to deliver sustainable organisational outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain the integrated Platform plan, translating the Platform's ambition into clear mobilisation and implementation plans that connect outcomes, milestones, dependencies, resources and decision points across workstreams.
• Create a single, transparent view of progress, critical paths, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, outcomes and benefits, using it to focus leadership attention, decision-making and action.
• Bring together business, operations, journey, product, engineering, data, architecture, risk, control and change colleagues around shared outcomes and an executable delivery sequence
• Embed Data, Analytics and AI capabilities into client and colleague journeys to drive improved experiences and business performance
• Identify gaps, overlaps and competing priorities across teams, facilitating decisions and driving actions through to resolution
• Establish effective working rhythms, governance and decision-making pathways that enable pace without weakening accountability or control
• Prepare concise, evidence-based updates and recommendations for senior leaders, making complex delivery interdependencies easy to understand
• Coordinate readiness across people, process, technology, data, controls and communications so capabilities can move successfully into live operation
• Continuously improve how the Platform operates, applying learning from delivery to strengthen integration, pace and scalability

What You'll Need

You'll be able to demonstrate experience across the following areas:

Integration & Delivery Coordination

• Proven experience integrating complex, cross-functional transformations involving multiple delivery teams and dependencies, bringing together client, operational, technology, data, people and control change to deliver successful outcomes
• Strong ability to create and maintain integrated plans, critical paths and clear views of risk, issues, assumptions and dependencies

Leadership, Governance & Resolution

• Experience leading through influence, creating shared accountability across teams without relying on direct authority
• Skilled at designing, implementing and managing practical governance, facilitating decisions and bringing clarity, structure and momentum to complex delivery environments

Data, AI & Technology

• Experience of, or a strong understanding of, AI-driven capabilities, including agents, workflow orchestration, data and the platforms needed to deploy them at scale
• Strong understanding of technical and operational interdependencies, with the ability to translate them into clear delivery implications for varied audiences

Outcome, Risk & Readiness Focus

• Strong understanding of how integrated delivery translates into customer value, operational performance, efficiency and sustainable benefits
• Experience coordinating readiness across people, process, technology, data and controls, balancing pace, scope, resources, risk and quality while working to clear entry, exit and success criteria

Stakeholder Leadership & Communication

• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and align senior leaders across business, operations, journey, product, engineering, data, architecture, risk and change
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to turn complex plans, dependencies and trade-offs into clear narratives and actionable choices while constructively challenging and influencing others
