What you´ll do:
Be responsible for the development of Emma's franchise network in Germany and ensure its success
Define and drive a lead generation strategy to identify and attract qualified franchise candidates in the German market
Manage internal and external stakeholders (internal teams, prospective franchisees, legal and real estate partners) throughout the development process
Build deep market mastery and full ownership of your market: local dynamics, competition, catchment areas, expansion potential
Develop a strategic plan for franchise network expansion covering all aspects of the business (legal, financial, operational, marketing)
Negotiate franchise agreements with empathy, building trusted, long-term relationships with partners
Be an inspirational example for team members through high performance and demonstrated leadership
Who we´re looking for:
More than 2 years of experience in project management or network/franchise development
Availability to travel
You are fluent in German and English (other languages are a plus!)
Experience in franchise development or store launches in Germany is a plus
You combine an entrepreneurial mindset with strong empathic and negotiation skills, building solid partner relationships and finding win-win solutions
You are resilient and able to drive your projects to completion, successfully and on time
First-hand experience in business development, partnership management, or lead generation is a plus
First-hand experience in launching a store or franchise is a plus
Your strengths include a sense of responsibility, self-reliance, and a structured way of working
You love to organize and coordinate things yourself, and can move forward independently
You are passionate, self-confident, and comfortable approaching new people
A completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
