We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our car rental station, manage a high-performing team, and ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. As an Operations Manager, you will join our Network & Stations team managing all aspects of a car rental station. You will have full operational focus and achieving results through effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage the availability, maintenance, and condition of the vehicle fleet.
  • Coordinate vehicle rentals, returns, and cleaning schedules for optimal efficiency.
• Customer Service:
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints.
  • Train and support staff in delivering excellent customer service at every interaction.
• Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate station staff, including rental agents and customer service representatives.
  • Schedule staff shifts and manage workloads to ensure operational efficiency and coverage.
• Sales and Financial Management:
  • Monitor and achieve sales targets, including upselling additional services.
  • Manage the station’s budget, control operational costs, and ensure profitability.
• Fleet Management:
  • Oversee fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and ready for rental.
  • Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs.
  • Optimize fleet utilization to meet customer demand and minimize idle time.
• Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure all station operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for both employees and customers.
  • Oversee proper documentation and record-keeping for all transactions.

Ideal Experience

• Hands-on experience with staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Experience in managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving profitability.
• Background in fleet operations or logistics is highly desirable.
