Summary: As a Large Language Model Architect, you will be responsible for architecting large language models that can effectively process and generate natural language. Your typical day will involve designing neural network parameters and working with extensive datasets to ensure the models are trained on large quantities of unlabeled text data. You will collaborate with various teams to refine model performance and contribute to innovative solutions in natural language processing. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall capabilities. - Continuously evaluate and improve model architectures based on emerging research and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models. - Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications in natural language processing. - Experience with training and fine-tuning large-scale models on diverse datasets. - Familiarity with optimization techniques for model performance enhancement. - Ability to analyze and interpret model outputs to drive improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Large Language Models. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
