This position is part of the Manufacturing & Operations Team located in Singapore and will be on-site (Afternoon Shift: 1pm to 10pm).
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Execute manufacturing processes and operate laboratory equipment to produce products according to established procedures and production requirements.
- Ensure product quality and compliance by analyzing QC results, maintaining accurate documentation, identifying defects, and releasing product in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain operational excellence through equipment upkeep, problem solving, adherence to safety and quality standards, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Essential Requirements of the job:
- Diploma in a Science-related discipline (e.g., Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biomedical Science) or Nitec/Higher Nitec with 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing, laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or related regulated production environment.
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), accurately document work in electronic systems, and perform manufacturing tasks while adhering to quality and safety requirements.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Working in a life science laboratory setting, including adherence to laboratory procedures and best practices. (preferred)
