The Opportunity:
Avantor zoekt een Lab Associate voor onze klantenlocatie in Zwijnaarde. In deze gevarieerde functie ondersteun je de dagelijkse laboratorium- en logistieke activiteiten en zorg je ervoor dat medewerkers steeds beschikken over de juiste producten, materialen en ondersteuning. Je werkt parttime (50%) in een vast voormiddagrooster, waardoor deze functie ideaal is voor kandidaten die op zoek zijn naar een deeltijdse tewerkstelling.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
Logistieke ondersteuning
Dagelijks beheren van laboratoriumproducten in verschillende voorraadlocaties en laboratoria.
Opvolgen van voorraadniveaus via kanban- en inventory management systemen.
Aanvullen van labo-units vanuit de centrale stockruimte.
Ontvangen, uitpakken en stockeren van geleverde laboratoriumproducten.
Registreren van solventen, reagentia en verbruiksgoederen in de daarvoor bestemde systemen.
Aanmaken, printen en controleren van etiketten.
Uitvoeren van controles op vervaldata en stockniveaus.
Administratieve ondersteuning
Plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen via digitale systemen.
Opvolgen van backorders en leveringen.
Ondersteunen bij het oplossen van facturatiegerelateerde vragen.
Opvolgen van dagelijkse KPI's.
Opmaken en actualiseren van werkinstructies en documentatie.
Communiceren met interne en externe stakeholders over de status van bestellingen.
Proactief ondersteuning bieden aan eindgebruikers.
Correct registreren en bijhouden van gegevens en logboeken.
Laboratoriumondersteuning
Ondersteunen van logistieke processen binnen het labo.
Opvolgen van de logistieke flow rond pipetkalibraties.
Bijdragen aan een efficiënte, veilige en kwaliteitsgerichte laboratoriumomgeving.
Wie ben jij?
Je hebt een eerste ervaring in logistiek, administratie, laboratoriumondersteuning of een vergelijkbare functie.
Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
Je bent klantgericht en communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders.
Je bent sterk in de Nederlandse taal en hebt een goede kennis van de Engelse taal (spreken, schrijven, begrijpen).
Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
Je hebt een goede kennis van courante computersystemen (Outlook, Excel, ...) en administratieve processen.
Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en detail.
