About the role 

The KFAS Attendants are responsible for the overall entertainment of all children that stay at the Hotel/Resort.  This involves caring for all children enrolled in the KFAS program, leading arts & crafts, instructing games, etc. and supervising children at play both in the Activity Center and in outdoor areas including the Tennis Courts, Lawns, and Pool areas.

What you will do 

• Plan and execute safe, fun-filled and educational daily scheduled programs for guests ranging in ages from 4 to 12. 

• Prepare the KFAS facility on a daily basis to handle a minimum of 5 children. 

• React to changes in scheduling, weather or number of children with prepared backup plan. 

• Provide orientation of KFAS facility, and when available, of the Recreation Building. 

• Execute the tasks of a Water Sports, Kid’s Club, or Health Club Attendant as needed. 

 

What you bring 

• Prior experience of working with children. 
• Outgoing personality and at ease with customers. 
• Trained and certified in First-Aid, CPR, Heimlich Maneuver and rescue techniques 
• Ability to read and speak and write English and Spanish

 

*This position requires applicants to have valid work authorization in Mexico.
