As a Key Solutions Architect (KSA) supporting SentinelOne's AI Security business (Prompt Security), you are the embedded technical consultant for our post-sales technical resource guiding enterprise customers through deployment, onboarding, and long-term success on our platform. Your focus is to ensure every customer is technically successful with Prompt, from first deployment through long-term adoption.
This role sits at the intersection of implementation leadership and deep technical advisory. You are the AI security specialist your accounts turn to for architecture guidance, deployment strategy, and adoption planning. You will:
- Own and drive full deployment cycles with structured project management and hands-on technical oversight.
- Partner with Account Executives, Key Account Managers, and Sales Engineering to deliver a seamless handoff and ongoing customer experience.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, walking into every customer conversation with a plan.
- Proactively drive adoption, feature utilization, and long-term customer health through technical consultation and regular engagement.
- Be the voice of the customer internally, surfacing needs, blockers, and risks with urgency.
This role requires an individual who is highly technical, customer-focused, and organized, and who can balance detailed deployment oversight with high-level strategic engagement.
What Will You Do?
Primary responsibilities include:
- Deployment Support: Assist with (and increasingly own) onboarding and deployment milestones, timelines, and technical deliverables for a book of accounts.
- Technical Guidance: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact during implementation, providing guidance on integration setup, security configuration, and platform best practices, with senior support for complex architectural questions.
- Relationship Management: Build relationships with customer technical stakeholders; communicate status and risks clearly and proactively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Support, Product, Engineering, and Services teams to help drive issue resolution and align on customer outcomes.
- Customer Advocacy on Escalations: Stay informed on Support-led escalations affecting your accounts and represent the customer's interests internally.
- Enablement & Content: Contribute to and help maintain technical resources, training materials, and enablement content.
What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?
Ideal candidates will have:
- 5–7+ years of experience in enterprise software (cybersecurity strongly preferred), in roles such as Technical Account Manager, Professional Services Consultant, Customer Success Engineer, or similar.
- Proven experience managing complex deployments and technical engagements across large enterprise accounts.
- Strong technical background in cybersecurity, endpoint protection, and IT/security architecture.
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and containerized environments, including Kubernetes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage multiple stakeholders, and influence cross-functional outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage with both technical practitioners and executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Atlassian) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
