El Key Account Representative Senior es responsable de desarrollar y fortalecer las relaciones comerciales con los concesionarios asignados, impulsando el crecimiento de ventas, la rentabilidad y la ejecución de la estrategia comercial de PPG en el canal. Actúa como socio estratégico del negocio, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos de sell-in, sell-out, ejecución en punto de venta y desarrollo de clientes B2B.

Responsabilidades Principales

• Gestionar y desarrollar la cartera de concesionarios asignados para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y rentabilidad.
• Impulsar el crecimiento de sell-in y monitorear el desempeño de sell-out, inventarios y rotación de producto.
• Ejecutar la estrategia comercial de PPG en el punto de venta, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares de marca, planogramas y materiales promocionales.
• Capacitar y desarrollar a los equipos comerciales de los concesionarios en ventas, portafolio y servicio al cliente.
• Identificar oportunidades de negocio y apoyar el desarrollo de clientes B2B a través de los concesionarios.
• Realizar visitas periódicas a clientes, documentando planes de acción y dando seguimiento a compromisos.
• Coordinar actividades con las áreas de Marketing, Logística y Soporte Técnico para garantizar una experiencia de cliente de excelencia.
• Analizar indicadores comerciales y presentar recomendaciones para mejorar resultados y maximizar oportunidades de crecimiento.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos comerciales establecidos entre PPG y los concesionarios.

Formación Académica

• Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Mercadotecnia, Ingeniería Comercial o carrera afín.

Experiencia

• Mínimo 3 a 5 años en ventas de canal, gestión de cuentas clave (KAM), desarrollo de distribuidores o concesionarios.
• Experiencia deseable en industrias de pinturas, construcción, ferretería o consumo masivo.

Conocimientos Técnicos

• Gestión de indicadores comerciales (sell-in, sell-out, rotación de inventarios).
• Manejo de CRM y Excel.
• Administración de canales de distribución y desarrollo de clientes.
• Conocimiento del mercado de pinturas y recubrimientos es altamente valorado.
