Our Sales team love building relationships, connecting with customers to sell our much-loved brands in new and vibrant markets where they can thrive. They help sell our iconic brands across 180 countries every year.

We’re operating across different markets, channels, and areas of expertise. Using your curiosity and passion, you’ll make the most of consumer insight and digital platforms, reaching new customers, markets, and celebrations to help us achieve our growth potential. 職務の目的：

• 全国展開または地域展開する量販小売業（スーパーマーケット、酒専門店、ディスカウントストア）のビジネス拡大をリード
• 弊社のラグジュアリーポートフォリオのポジショニング向上のために、消費者とのタッチポイントとして配荷店舗を拡大
• メインストリームブランドの継続成長を実現

主な担当業務：

• 担当アカウントの売上目標の達成と販売促進予算の管理
• 重要アカウントからのエンゲージメント獲得し、年間協働計画（JBP）の主要ステークホルダーとの合意、および実行
• 市場データ、POSデータ、顧客への洞察や知見等、様々な情報ソースから機会を発見し、解決策の立案・実行
• 各主要アカウントへの棚割り提案・交渉を行い商品配荷を獲得・拡大、ショーケース的ディスプレイを実施し、消費者への当社商品のビジビリティ向上
• ツール（予算、店頭マテリアル等）を活用した売り上げ目標達成のためのプロモーションプランの立案、実行
• ​​​新たなトレンドや競合の活動の情報を入手し、その知識をマーケティング、プランニングチームに共有
• ​卸店と協働し直接コンタクトできないアカウントでの配荷拡大、売上拡大を図る
• サードパーティーのサービスプロバイダー(マーチャンダイジンザー)を活用した主要アカウントの売上拡大と、マーチャンダイザーに対するコーチングを実施
