Role and Responsibilities

Job Description

We are looking for a Key Account Supervisor for our Home Appliance division who will be responsible to maximize the revenue and profit by planning and executing the sales strategy and plan optimized for the selected channel account based on the regional business strategy. This position is based in Montevideo, Uruguay, and will also cover the Paraguay market.

Key Job Responsabilities

• [ Drive profitable growth ] Build a solid foundation for maximizing revenue and profit through trust and close collaboration with channel partners.
• [ Sales target management ] Define ambitious yet achievable sales targets that support the sustained growth of the business unit and its channel partners, while keeping teams motivated.
• [ Sales strategy by channel ] Develop tailored sales strategies for the Uruguay and Paraguay markets to meet targets, based on a thorough analysis of assigned accounts, commercial areas and product portfolio.
• [ Sales execution ] Lead the day-to-day execution of the sales plan in close coordination with channel partners, with a clear focus on results.
• [ Channel monitoring and risk management ] Monitor channel performance, anticipate risks and strengthen long-term partner relationships to ensure continued revenue growth.

Requirements

• [ Academic Background ] Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• [ Professional Experience ] 5+ years of sales experience in retail. Previous experience as KAM, Sales Specialist or Sales Manager is highly preferred.
• [ Specific Knowledge / Skills ]
• Solid retail industry knowledge and a hands-on, field-sales mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and sustain solid client relationships.
• Results-oriented and proactive, with a field-based approach to commercial development.
• High degree of autonomy and accountability, applying sound judgment to resolve challenges effectively.
• Analytical mindset, using data and market insights to support decision-making.
• Availability to travel up to 50% (Paraguay).
