Job Description

Objective:

· Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients (Distributors) that bring inthe most income for the company. Relationship with new possible clients. Solid knowledge about sales and negotiation processes, knowing the main claims, functionality and applications being a brand ambassador.

Key Activities/ Deliverables:

· Achieve sales goals, and planning forecast for each account.

· Strong commercial data analytic skills to develop the account with excellence.

· Develop business category plans for route to market including innovation portfolio.

· Implement commercial solutions to increase clients sell out such as sales force

competitions, visibility in POS, promotional activities.

· KPI’s management of sell in, sell out, stock, margin, order to cash conciliation, and P&L.

· Communicating and collaborating with the trade marketing, finance, marketing, sales, andlogistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.

· Give capacitation and culinary demonstrations to indirect sales/culinary team by having kitchen expertise.

· Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.

Competencies (experiences/ Education):

· Complete or coursing Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing.

· Proven 5 years experience in key account management in FoodService channel.

· Strong negotiation skills.

· Exceptional customer service skills.

· Excellent communication skills.

Skills (Knowledge/ Capabilities):

· Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

· The ability to build rapport with key clients.

· The ability to handle multiple clients.

· Travel 50% of time at least.
