Hi, I'm Dana, CEO at Circonomit. We build a decision platform that lets industrial companies model their operations and optimize critical decisions, from orders to machines to people. We are growing our sales team.

In this role, you are responsible for outreach and first conversations: you contact target accounts, book meetings and qualify them. You stay involved while our delivery team builds the model with the customer. Over time, the role grows towards owning accounts end to end.

How you will be measured: qualified pipeline per quarter.

We came out of RWTH research, raised €2.8M with Vorwerk Ventures, and have customers using our models today. Small team, Cologne office.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience winning new customers through your own outreach, beyond managing existing accounts or selling under an established brand.
• Comfortable with cold outreach by phone, email and LinkedIn.
• A structured way of working: your pipeline and CRM are always up to date.
• Basic understanding of a P&L.
• A technical understanding of software, manufacturing, or both.
• German at C1 level or above, and fluent English. Customer conversations are in German.
• Existing work visa for Germany.

A strong plus: a degree in mechanical engineering or another engineering discipline.

Process: An intro call with Dana, a second conversation with the team, a 60- to 90-minute exercise on three accounts from our target market, a live discovery simulation, then conversations with the team online and in person. If it is a good fit on both sides, we typically run two to three reference calls. They help us understand where in the team you will do your best work.
