Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Reporting Specialist to support the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting. This role is a great opportunity to develop your expertise in IFRS reporting, financial analysis, and month-end processes within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Assist in delivering IFRS reporting for assigned entities.

• Participate in month-end closing activities, including reporting and data validation.

• Perform balance sheet reviews and analyze variances vs. prior periods.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and controls.

• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to queries.

• Cooperate with external tax providers, supporting VAT, CIT, and other tax-related reporting.

Key Requirements, Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or in progress, e.g., ACCA/ACA).

• Around 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit (internships welcome).

• Basic understanding of IFRS.

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Proactive approach and willingness to learn.

• Experience with SAP or similar systems is an advantage.

• Fluent English.

• Remuneration: 7650 PLN to 10500 PLN gross/monthly
