As a Junior Manager Finance, you will support the Finance function through accurate financial reporting, accounting operations, financial statement preparation, and data-driven analysis to strengthen business performance and regulatory compliance.

This role transforms financial data into meaningful insights that support reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. As a hands-on contributor, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, auditors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely financial reporting, maintain robust accounting records, resolve accounting matters, and continuously improve finance processes and controls.

Requirements

What you’ll own

• Prepare and finalize financial statements, reports, schedules, and reconciliations in line with applicable accounting standards, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

• Perform financial analysis and data review to identify discrepancies, trends, and insights that support business decision-making.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation, ensuring confidentiality, compliance, and data integrity.

• Utilize MS Excel and financial data analysis tools for financial reporting, analysis, and data management.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and auditors to resolve accounting matters, support audit requirements, and ensure timely completion of finance deliverables.

• Identify opportunities to improve accounting, reporting, and financial analysis processes, while demonstrating ownership, attention to detail, professionalism, and sound judgement.

• Financial statements, reports, schedules, and reconciliations are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

• Financial data is effectively analysed, with discrepancies and trends identified and addressed to support informed decision-making.

• Accounting records and supporting documentation remain accurate, complete, confidential, and compliant.

• Audit requirements and accounting queries are resolved efficiently through effective stakeholder coordination.

• Finance processes, reporting, and analysis are continuously improved to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

• Responsibilities are managed with strong ownership, professionalism, attention to detail, and sound judgement.

You may be a strong fit if you

• Bring 3–5 years of relevant experience in an accounting or auditing firm, with Big 4 experience preferred, and are a CA Finalist or ACCA qualified.

• Have demonstrated experience in financial statement preparation with sound knowledge and practical application of IFRS.

• Possess strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial data analysis, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Can manage challenging situations professionally, with strong attention to detail and sound judgement.

• Have strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
