About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Developer to support the development, customization, and maintenance of business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
The role will focus on building Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate workflows, and making configurations or customizations within Dynamics 365 CRM. The developer will work under the guidance of senior team members to understand business requirements, develop solutions, resolve issues, and support existing applications.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has a good technical foundation and wants to develop hands-on expertise in Microsoft business applications within a global organization.
Position location in Gurgaon/Remote, India. This position is reporting to Digital and Data Solutions Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Build and maintain external or internal portals using Power Pages.
- Create automated workflows and approval processes using Power Automate.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM, including tables and columns, forms and views, business rules, business process flows, security roles, and dashboards.
- Support basic CRM customization using JavaScript, plugins, APIs, or other development components under guidance.
- Work with Dataverse to create and maintain data structures and relationships.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into application features or technical tasks.
- Perform testing, defect resolution, and documentation for developed solutions.
- Investigate and resolve incidents and application support issues.
- Perform regular maintenance and minor enhancements for existing Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Support deployment of solutions across development, testing, and production environments.
- Follow established development, security, documentation, and application lifecycle management standards.
- Work collaboratively with business users, functional consultants, developers, and other IT teams.
- Continuously develop technical knowledge of Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Approximately 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in application development or business application support.
- Basic hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Microsoft Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Understanding of CRM configuration, including tables, forms, views, workflows, and security roles.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, SQL, or REST APIs.
- Basic understanding of application development and testing practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and learn new technologies quickly.
- Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and seek guidance when required.
- Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications are an advantage.
