Core Responsibilities:
Contract Drafting – Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure company’s full legal rights
Contract Life Cycle Management – Assist Legal Counsel in managing the contracts repository and implementation of life cycle management system.
Negotiation – Communicate and negotiate with internal and external parties such as Business functions, Regulators, External Counsel, Public Authority etc.
Risk Management – Apply effective Risk Management Techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
Communication – Provide clarification on Legal Language or Specifications to the organization.
Legal Research – Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation and case law. Provide updates to counsels on any changes impacting the company.
Business Integrity – Assist Legal and Compliance Counsel in conducting investigations and implement the Business Integrity program in Pakistan.
Qualified candidates will have:
Mandatory requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in law
Work experience in Legal sector
English fluency, both written and spoken
Required behaviors and skills:

Management of senior stakeholders
