About the Role

CI&T is looking for a Senior Account-Based Marketing Analyst to support our Account-Based Marketing strategy for priority enterprise accounts in North America.

This role is a hands-on role working across Marketing and Sales to help identify and prioritize target accounts, uncover account and buyer insights, strengthen engagement with key audiences, and support programs that contribute to pipeline and growth.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, marketing technology expertise, and hands-on experience in B2B and ABM environments.

What You’ll Do

• Support the development and execution of ABM strategies for priority accounts and market segments.

• Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify, prioritize, and engage high-value accounts and buying groups.

• Use account, intent, engagement, and market insights to inform ABM priorities and opportunities.

• Help develop personalized approaches for key accounts across digital, content, events, and other marketing touchpoints.

• Support lead nurturing and account engagement programs throughout the buyer journey.

• Work across Marketing teams to ensure ABM priorities are integrated into broader demand generation and go-to-market initiatives.

• Leverage marketing technology and AI tools to improve account intelligence, personalization, efficiency, and decision-making.

• Monitor account engagement and program performance, identifying opportunities to improve targeting and effectiveness.

• Partner with Marketing Operations to maintain strong data, reporting, and processes supporting ABM programs.

• Share insights and recommendations with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to support ongoing account growth.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, including experience with Account-Based Marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing.

• Fluent English proficiency.

• Experience working with enterprise or complex B2B audiences.

• Understanding of account segmentation, personas, buying groups, intent data, and B2B buyer journeys.

• Experience partnering with Sales and cross-functional Marketing teams.

• Familiarity with platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.

• Experience using AI tools to support marketing research, insights, personalization, or productivity.

• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project management skills.

• Ability to work effectively within a global, cross-functional environment.

Preferred

Experience supporting North American or global go-to-market teams and experience within technology, consulting, professional services, or another complex B2B environment.
