Jawun & Empowered Communities - 12 week Secondment (MA/SAs)

Looking for a way to stretch yourself and get out of your comfort zone? You should apply for the Jawun & Empowered Communities secondment opportunity, where you'll spend time working with the Empowered Communities project in one of the 12 regions Jawun supports around Australia, while living alongside other corporate and government secondees.   

Develop your leadership skills, engage in a two-way knowledge and skills transfer with a local Indigenous organisation, network with other secondees from leading organisations, participate in the community, expand your cultural awareness, and make a contribution to the firm's community commitments.

NB: The secondment rounds commence in approximately mid-Feb, early May, mid-July and late September, but can vary from region to region.  We encourage you to discuss the opportunity with your performance coach and to consider any periods of time you would not be available for a 12-week secondment.
