We are looking for a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with 3–12 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, ReactJS, and Microservices, with the ability to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications across the frontend and backend.

You will work closely with product managers, architects, designers, QA engineers, and other developers to design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end software solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and a solid understanding of modern software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using Java and modern frontend technologies.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services using Java-based technologies.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable Microservices architectures.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Develop unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability and performance.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across both frontend and backend components.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and development tools to support efficient software delivery.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvements in engineering processes.

Must-Have Skills

Java: Strong hands-on experience with Java and object-oriented programming concepts, including collections, multithreading, exception handling, and design principles.

ReactJS: Solid experience building modern, reusable, and responsive user interfaces using ReactJS. Knowledge of component-based architecture, state management, and API integration is expected.

Microservices: Strong understanding and practical experience developing and integrating microservices-based applications, REST APIs, service communication, and distributed application concepts.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Spring Boot and the broader Spring ecosystem.
• Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
• Knowledge of application security, performance optimization, and distributed systems.

Requirements
