As a Java Full Stack - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving software and product innovation within our Technology Consulting practice. You will focus on developing innovative software solutions that enhance business performance and drive digital transformation for our clients. As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching team members, managing performance, and identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. Your role will involve articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way, while embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will analyze and identify the interactions between system components, encouraging team members to develop skills beyond their comfort zones. By addressing conflicts and engaging in constructive conversations with stakeholders, you will uphold professional standards and contribute to the firm's broader business strategies. Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Managing and mentoring software engineering teams to enhance performance and deliver quality outcomes
- Designing, coding, and testing applications using Java and other programming languages to create exceptional user experiences
- Overseeing the integration of enterprise applications and confirming seamless functionality across systems
- Utilizing application lifecycle management tools to streamline development processes and improve efficiency
- Conducting code reviews and implementing coding standards to maintain software quality
- Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Implementing continuous integration and delivery practices to accelerate software deployment
- Addressing technical challenges and troubleshooting issues to optimize software performance
- Encouraging team members to develop skills outside their comfort zones and embrace innovative technologies

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

-Core Java (Java 11+) and OOP principles, Spring Boot / Spring MVC / Spring Data JPA, RESTful API design and development, JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, State management (Redux or React Query)

-Hibernate/JPA for ORM, Build tools: Maven or Gradle

-Unit testing: JUnit, Mockito, SQL (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL)

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Utilizing Java and JavaScript for full-stack development
- Implementing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) methodologies
- Managing API integrations and microservices architecture
- Developing solutions using Spring Boot and React Native
- Leading teams in software project management and planning
- Mentoring junior staff in software engineering practices
