As a Transition Management Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Managed Services team, focusing on transitioning and managing services to support clients in streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver exceptional services to our clients. Your work will involve continuous improvement and optimization of managed services processes, tools, and services.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on managing delivery teams, programs, and performance, while mitigating delivery risks. Your contributions will be integral to the success of our clients and the continuous evolution of our managed services offerings.

Responsibilities

- Managing transition and delivery of managed services to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Experience in F&A Transitions (AP, AR, O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A etc.)

-Understanding of Operating Models for Managed Services/Shared Services 

-Process Mapping and Re-engineering 

-Leading project management initiatives to optimize processes and tools for client engagement

-Analyzing and analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform strategic decisions
- Developing and implementing automation frameworks to enhance service delivery and reduce costs
- Engaging stakeholders to identify needs and align service offerings with business objectives
- Planning and executing continuous process improvement strategies to drive performance enhancements
- Documenting risks and developing mitigation plans to manage delivery risks effectively
- Building meaningful client connections to foster long-term relationships and support business growth
- Mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute to high-quality service delivery
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines and code of conduct

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
