This hands-on support role is designed for a developing IT applications professional who has gained practical ERP support experience and is ready to take the next step in a global organisation. You'll also gain exposure to application integrations, business process automation (BPA) platforms, business intelligence (BI) solutions and enterprise system security, providing a broad foundation for continued professional growth. This role requires occasional travel of up to 25% to support business projects, training initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Support application upgrades, system enhancements, testing activities and new technology implementations.
  • Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials and process guides.
  • Deliver user training and promote adoption of digital systems and business processes.
  • Maintain application security, user access controls and compliance with IT governance requirements.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance system performance and business efficiency.

About You:

You are a proactive and service-focused applications professional who can translate technical information into clear, practical guidance. You enjoy working with people at all levels of an organisation and bring a structured, solutions-oriented approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

You will ideally have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Approximately 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar business applications, ERP support or functional consulting role.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365, or a comparable global ERP platform.
  • Exposure to ERP implementations, upgrades, system operations and ongoing application maintenance.
  • An understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes and business process workflows.
  • Experience with application configuration, optimisation, testing and incident management.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to create logical and detailed test scenarios.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Confidence delivering training and explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • The ability to prioritise competing tasks and work independently under deadline pressure.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a multicultural, globally connected environment.
