You will support planning efforts, assess business implications at each phase, and foster seamless communication among technical and functional team members, particularly within Agile delivery environments. This position is located in Atlanta, GA.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis supporting IT modernization or transformation efforts 

• 3+ years of experience supporting process modernization using platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, or Dynamics 365 

• 3+ years of experience working in a professional environment with technical and functional team members 

• Experience working within Agile delivery environments 

• Ability to navigate conflict among stakeholders and lead requirements gathering and status update meetings with clients
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements 

• Bachelor's degree 

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience with Azure DevOps or products such as JIRA
• Knowledge of Cloud Platforms and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform
• Knowledge of requirements and the software development lifecycle
• Possession of strong interpersonal skills
• Master's degree
