Role Summary:

In this role, you will leverage technical expertise and business knowledge to deliver data solutions that support operational and strategic objectives. This position serves as an individual contributor responsible for executing projects, improving data processes, and driving high-quality outcomes. The role supports organizational success through technical excellence, collaboration, innovation, and the effective application of data management practices. Success is measured by solution quality, project delivery, business impact, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Execute data projects and initiatives from initiation through solution delivery with some direct guidance.

· Design, develop, and maintain data solutions that support business and operational objectives.

· Apply analytical and technical expertise to solve complex business challenges.

· Identify, investigate, and resolve data-related issues while escalating risks when appropriate.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and colleagues.

· Share best practices, lessons learned, and technical knowledge across teams.

· Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, data quality, and business value.

· Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop scalable and sustainable solutions.

· Maintain compliance with data governance standards, policies, and established processes.

Qualifications:

Required:

· Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, analytics, information systems, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience.

· Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, and data management tools.

· Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

· 5+ years of professional experience in data, analytics, technical operations, or a related field. 

· Experience developing and implementing data solutions to support business objectives.

· Experience with Alteryx and SAP-connected data solutions.

· Agriculture, manufacturing, chemical, or supply chain industry experience.

· Experience with Data Governance and Data Quality programs.

· Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to others.

· Knowledge of Integrated Operations and enterprise data management practices
