The opportunity
At Netwealth, money moving from one place to another sounds simple.
In reality, it's one of the most important responsibilities we have.
Every payment processed, every account adjustment completed and every transaction reconciled helps someone access their retirement savings, manage their investments, or achieve a financial goal they've worked years to reach.
That's where you come in.
We're growing our Customer Operations function and are looking for Investor Services Officers to join our newly realigned Payments team.
These opportunities have been created as part of an exciting evolution of our operations model, bringing together specialist payment and transaction teams to deliver an even more consistent, high-quality experience for our clients and advisers.
If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, loves getting the details right, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service, we'd love to hear from you!
