Job Description
 

NOTE: This is a 12 month, paid internship position. Applicants must be legally authorised to live and work in Ireland for the duration of the contract term.

• Co-ordinating the obtaining of AML / KYC for internal and external directors and authorized signatories, and maintaining the documentation on our central database
• Supporting the process of onboarding our entities with external and internal counterparties, and managing the KYC refresh requests that come from those same counterparties on a periodic basis.
• Processing internal and external queries relating to legal documentation, tax forms, KYC
• Responsibility for the execution of various legal documents across the Investment Operations and Legal Structuring Teams
• Supporting workflow optimization in fund operations, including assessing potential implementation of AI to support processes;
• Providing support to the Investment Operations team and the Legal Structuring Team on a range of projects
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in order to resolve queries and complete documentation in a timely manner
• Supporting the process of onboarding our entities with various global banking providers and managing the bank account opening process as well as future related KYC refresh requests.
• Supporting the process of onboarding our entities with internal and external service providers in relation to any new entity being established by the Legal Structuring Team.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration or law;
• Excellent MS office skills,;
• Strong ability to co-ordinate and prioritise across a wide variety of tasks
• Ability to work to challenging deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality.
• Efficient and precise working style, focus on details;
• Open and clear communication style, and ability to manage stakeholders
• Ideally some exposure to AI and its capabilities
