We’re looking for an Inventory Operations Specialist to join our Digital team and help bring our iconic Beauty Loop campaigns to life. 

Sitting at the heart of Loyalty Operations, you’ll coordinate the planning, readiness and execution of Beauty Loop campaigns across multiple touchpoints. From managing inventory and campaign critical paths to bringing cross-functional teams together, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional Beauty Loop experience for our retail teams and customers. 

The Role You Could Play 

As our Inventory Operations Specialist, you’ll take ownership of the operational detail that keeps our Beauty Loop campaigns moving. You’ll love solving problems, making sense of data and keeping multiple moving pieces on track. 

• Lead the end-to-end operational planning and execution of Beauty Loop Bonus and Box campaigns, managing critical paths, timelines, production schedules and campaign readiness.  

• Manage and allocate Beauty Loop inventory across all stores, using data and insights to forecast, maximise availability, respond to customer demand and minimise stock risks.  

• Bring teams together across Retail, Customer Care, Supply Chain, Distribution Centre Operations and Ecommerce, leading regular cross-functional meetings and acting as a key operational contact for Retail.  

• Own in-campaign performance and sell-through reporting, proactively identifying risks, roadblocks and opportunities to make operational adjustments.  

• Maintain key operational tools and resources, including JIRA tickets, campaign packs, MECCAversity and MECCAbase content, while continuously looking for smarter ways of working.  

What You Will Bring 

You’re someone who thrives on organisation, collaboration and getting the details right. You’re comfortable working independently, but equally at home bringing different teams together to make things happen. 

• At least 1-2 years’ experience in a head-office, or distribution-centre Supply Chain, Operations or Inventory Management role. 

• Experience partnering with distribution centre and retail teams, along with external partners will be highly regarded 

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a genuine love and experience utilising Excel spreadsheets and turning data into actionable insights.  

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to confidently manage competing priorities, deadlines and dependencies.  

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the confidence to facilitate meetings and collaborate with diverse teams.  

• A continuous improvement mindset, AI literacy and a passion for the beauty and retail industry.
