Key Responsibilities:

1. Support day-to-day business operations and shared services activities.

2. Work with regional and global teams across different countries.

3. Support business processes, reporting, data analysis, and documentation.

4. Assist with process improvement initiatives and business projects.

5. Handle internal and external stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner.

6. Support the implementation and improvement of processes and systems.

7. Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within established timelines.

8. Develop functional knowledge and expertise within the assigned business area.

9. Maintain a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all activities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in any relevant discipline.

2. Open to fresh graduates from various academic backgrounds.

3. Good command of English, both written and spoken.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

6. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

7. Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced multinational environment.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is an advantage.
