What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Digital Transformation Initiatives: support AI, Digital and Data (ADD) initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, enhancing processes, and delivering value-added outcomes
• Process Improvement: work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, digitalisation, and workflow optimisation across risk management activities
• Data Analytics: analyse and interpret data to uncover insights, support decision-making, and identify trends relevant to business and risk objectives
• Solution Development: assist in designing, developing, and implementing dashboards, tools, prototypes, and automation solutions to enhance productivity
• Reporting & Visualisation: support the creation of reports and visualisations that provide meaningful insights to stakeholders and management
• Innovation Projects: contribute to projects focused on leveraging technology and data to improve operational effectiveness and support business transformation
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements, test solutions, and support project implementation
• Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on other analytics, automation, and risk management initiatives as assigned

Who You Work With

Group Risk Portfolio Management plays a key role in supporting the bank's risk management framework through portfolio analytics, capital management, and strategic risk insights. Within the Provision & Capital Analytics team, you'll work alongside risk professionals, data specialists, and business stakeholders who leverage data, technology, and analytics to enhance decision-making and strengthen risk governance. You'll gain valuable exposure to how innovation and digital solutions are transforming risk management within the financial services industry.
