What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support the development, testing, and implementation of technology solutions that enhance wealth management capabilities
• Explore and experiment with AI-enabled tools and technologies to improve engineering productivity and business outcomes
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement
• Assist in the evaluation, adoption, and scaling of emerging engineering practices, frameworks, and tools
• Contribute to research, prototyping, and proof-of-concept initiatives across key technology transformation projects
• Support the management and execution of project deliverables, including documentation, analysis, and reporting
• Provide support on other projects and initiatives as assigned

Who You Work With

Group Wealth Engineering is part of Group Engineering within the Group Operations & Technology Division. The team partners closely with wealth management businesses and technology teams to deliver innovative digital solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.

You'll be part of a collaborative environment where technology, innovation, and continuous learning are deeply embedded in the way we work. Working alongside experienced engineers and business leaders, you'll gain valuable exposure to large-scale technology transformation initiatives and the evolving future of banking.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an Undergraduate, Graduate, or Postgraduate degree
• Passionate about technology, innovation, and emerging trends in AI and software engineering
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and systematically
• Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-changing environment
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and exploring new approaches to solving challenges
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
• Able to take initiative and drive ideas from concept to execution
