We are looking for an International Strategy and Marketing Lead to join our INTL GTM team, based in Dublin. This Individual Contributor role owns marketing and go-to-market strategy execution across our European markets, from research and insights to agency partnerships, content, AEO strategy, and channel development. You will be the on-the-ground builder of how Squarespace shows up across Europe, partnering closely with local agencies and cross-functional teams to bring strategy to life.

You are a hands-on operator who thrives on building, comfortable moving from research and strategic input to managing agency relationships to identifying entirely new channels for growth. You partner closely with the Manager, INTL GTM, and the Challenger Market Lead, translating global strategic direction into local execution across Europe.

This role is based in Dublin, reports to the Associate Director, International & GTM, and involves regular travel across European markets (up to 30%), with a current focus on Germany and France.

You’ll Get To…

• EU Market GTM Ownership: Own the GTM function for markets across the EU, focusing on identifying the right channels, customers, and messaging to be successful in Europe.
• Agency & AEO Partnership: Partner with local agencies on strategic marketing and AEO decisions, including content placement, on-the-ground research, and event execution across European markets.
• Research & Insights: Conduct on-the-ground market research across Europe, surfacing consumer and competitive insights that inform product and marketing strategy.
• New Channel Identification: Work across the organization to unlock new channels and partners to grow meaningfully.

Who We’re Looking For 

• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand, Agency, or GTM Strategy at a high-growth company
• Proven experience managing agency relationships, from strategic briefing through execution and performance review
• Strong research instincts, comfortable gathering and synthesizing on-the-ground market insights to inform strategy
• Experience in identifying and developing new marketing or distribution channels
• Comfortable operating with significant independence in a "build" role, shaping strategy as much as executing it
• AI-first mindset: personally fluent in using AI tools to drive productivity, with a strong instinct for identifying where AI or automation can improve GTM workflows
• Willingness to travel up to 30%, with a current focus on Germany and France
• German and/or French fluency preferred, but not required

Cash Compensation Range: €56,500 - €86,900 EUR

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors. 

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock.
