We are looking for a Global Customer Operations Specialist to support international customers, partners and operational teams while ensuring seamless service delivery across our global network.
The Global Customer Operations Specialist serves as a key liaison between customers, agents and internal teams, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality service delivery. This role supports day-to-day customer and operational activities, resolves service-related issues, coordinates cross-functional actions and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives across the network.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for international agents, customers and operational stakeholders.
- Coordinate customer requests, operational activities and service-related inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor service performance, identify operational issues and escalate complex matters when needed.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, Account Management and Technology teams to support service continuity.
- Document issues, resolutions and best practices to support knowledge sharing and process improvements.
- Support troubleshooting of operational processes and system-related issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality and customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to operational reporting and process documentation.

What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics or a related field.
- Experience in customer operations, logistics, customer service, account management or service delivery.
- Experience working in an international or global environment is highly desirable.
Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.
- Fluent English required.
