Act as the primary contact for a wide variety of aspects of the sales process, in order to contribute to the realization of the sales objectives of the team.

Internal sales Process

1. Primary contact for the customer for all current affairs: back-orders, questions with

regard to invoice, logistical aspects, outstanding items etc.

2. Sending on time offers to the customers & registering orders in the system with the

correct system settings

3. Timely feedback to customers on all the queries.

Customer follow up

1. All the offers sent to customer in previous week should be followed up & detailed

feedback to be recorded.

2. Providing solutions to customers concerns to covert offer into order. If needed seek

help from Team leader.

3. Get detailed on the offers which are not converted to orders. This to be discussed in

weekly internal sales review & plan necessary actions.

4. Strategic follow up calls to Lazy, Sleeping & Decreasing customers to find reason for

decrease in sales & non activity. Providing solution to their

queries/questions/complaints & getting these customers back on track.

Customer Development

1. Taking care of Web leads & Starting customers.

2. Follow up with customers who have taken offers but no orders.

3. Cold calling

Complaints

1. Launching complaints in the system & look for earliest possible solution.

2. Daily review of the complaint & follow up with BE team.

3. Make sure that all the faulty parts are taken back after sending replacements.

Basic Expectations

Fluent in English & Hindi

Should be able to compose business communication emails.

Daily work completion, no carry forwards.
