As an intern at Ware Malcomb, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside industry professionals. You will develop practical skills in a collaborative environment supported by structured training and dedicated mentorship. As a valued team member, your curiosity, creativity, and technical knowledge will contribute to real-world projects and your professional growth.
As a Site Supervision Intern at Ware Malcomb, you will support the project team with both administrative and field‑related tasks to ensure construction activities are properly monitored, documented, and aligned with project standards. You will assist with daily site observations, basic reporting, photographic documentation, and follow‑up on subcontractor activities.

Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Basic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD
Preferred knowledge of tools such as Procore, MS Teams, Bluebeam, or Revit
Effective written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
Ability to follow instructions, stay organized, and adapt to dynamic project environments
Interest in construction processes and field supervision
