Responsibilities

• Support the AML Compliance team with day-to-day client onboarding and KYC/KYB periodic refresh activities.
• Maintain and update client records, compliance systems, and operational trackers to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor outstanding onboarding and KYC/KYB refresh requests and coordinate follow-ups with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely completion.
• Assist in the execution of ongoing KYC/KYB Refresh initiatives, including the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of the KYC/KYB Refresh pipeline.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and management information to support business reporting and decision-making.
• Provide administrative and operational support for AML Compliance initiatives, process improvement projects, and other ad hoc assignments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Coverage, Operations, and Technology, to support the efficient delivery of onboarding and KYC/KYB refresh activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Law, Economics, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Able to commit from January 2027 onwards.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
