Job Summary - St. Louis, MO onsite.

The AI Intern - Copilot will support the organization's AI initiatives by identifying business opportunities, designing and building Microsoft Copilot solutions, and driving adoption of AI capabilities across the enterprise. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate ideas into practical AI solutions, and help guide projects from concept through implementation.

The intern will assist with the full solution lifecycle, including needs assessment, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration and testing of Copilot agents, user documentation, training, and change management activities. This position is ideal for a self-driven individual who enjoys combining technology, problem-solving, and business collaboration to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

• Computer Science
• Information Systems
• Data Science
• Engineering

Experience or familiarity with:

• Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, and an understanding of effective prompting techniques.
• Familiarity with solution lifecycle activities including:
  • Requirements definition
  • Prototyping
  • Testing and validation
  • Documentation
  • User training
  • Change management
  • Agile project delivery concepts
• SQL, data analysis, or PowerBI reporting
• Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or other cloud technologies
• Experience with Git or version control tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills with ability to explain technical findings
