What you will do
Campaign Localization & Execution: Localize and execute integrated marketing campaigns across PR, influencer marketing, paid media, offline media, and multiple sales channels across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
Global Alignment: Collaborate with Global IMC teams to translate strategic brand direction into actionable, market-specific campaign plans and creative transcreations.
Agency Management: Brief and manage local creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure timely, high-quality, and on-budget campaign delivery.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional partners (sales, retail, product, PR) to maintain consistency in brand messaging, creative assets, and launch timelines across all touchpoints.
Retail & E-Commerce Integration: Navigate and activate marketing strategies tailored to the DACH media and retail landscape, including consumer electronics retail partners and Amazon.de.
Budget & ROI Ownership: Own the regional marketing budget; track campaign performance, analyze results, and translate data into actionable insights to optimize ROI and future executions.
Skills, qualifications and experience we look for
5+ years of experience in brand or integrated marketing, with hands-on ownership of end-to-end, full-funnel campaigns from brief to readout.
Proven track record of translating global brand platforms and strategies into DACH-specific campaigns, including creative and messaging transcreation tailored to the region.
Demonstrated success in agency partnership and management across creative and media agencies against brief, budget, and timeline.
Strong budgetary ownership with a track record of shifting/influencing marketing investments based on campaign performance and incrementality data.
Working knowledge of the DACH media and retail landscape, including Amazon.de and consumer electronics retail.
Native-level fluency in German and professional English proficiency.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance, ROI, and quantifiable business impact.
