Job Overview

The Sales Executive is a mid-tier role for a proven sales professional who can independently manage client relationships and drive revenue.

This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to build effective working relationships across teams.  Looking for someone passionate about Capital Markets and who has an entrepreneurial mindset

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of institutional clients — (private equity, private credit, VC, hedgefunds, Real asset)
• Drive new business development through targeted outreach, networking, and attendance at industry conferences
• Present bespoke solutions to senior decision-makers including CFOs, treasurers, and portfolio managers
• Lead the full sales cycle independently: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
• Partner with trading and structuring desks to deliver tailored execution and hedging solutions to clients
• Consistently meet and exceed quarterly revenue and pipeline targets

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of institutional sales experience in FX or industry equivalent
• Established network within the institutional market
• Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong technical understanding of financial products and market dynamics
• Confident communicator and relationship builder at a senior level
• Self-starter with the ability to manage a busy pipeline independently
