Your Role at Cabot

Inside Sales representative: Manage a portfolio of customers and distributors assigned by the commercial head and distribution manager.

Commercial Support Specialist: Act as a support to the Sales Managers and become the first contact point when customer issues are escalated beyond customer care team.

This role is intended to be split 60% Sales Representative and 40% Commercial Support Specialist

How You Will Make an Impact

Inside Sales Representative

Take ownership for the Volume and variable margin for the assigned portfolio

1. Direct Accounts

• Be the prime commercial contact for transactional accounts which do not require face to face contact, working closely with the technical manager joining joint teams calls when necessary.

2. Distribution Accounts

• Be the prime commercial contact for distributor accounts that do not require regular face to face contact, working closely with the distribution manager and technical manager

• Organize and join face to face meetings with each distributor a minimum of once per year either in Riga or at the distributors office joined by the technical manager. May also be required to attend meetings with the distributor at their customer accompanied by the technical manager.

Commercial Support Specialist

• Partner with Customer Care and internal teams to ensure a smooth order process and resolve customer or distributor requests efficiently.

• Support sales activities by managing customer needs including  pricing updates, account setups, requesting samples and technical/regulatory documentation.

• Build strong product, customer, and application knowledge through collaboration with Technical Service Managers and Sales Managers regarding products, customers, and internal processes to better support the business.

What You Will Bring to Cabot

• Higher education (might be last year’s student) or equivalent experience.

• Aptitude for sales with determination and know-how to take ownership and responsibility for achieving desired results.

• Strong organizational and prioritizing skills - ability to balance multiple priorities and to work urgently toward achieving desired results.

• Keen to learn about new products and applications.

• Autonomous and resourceful self-motivated requiring minimal supervision.

• Customer focus with the ability to engage in verbal and written communications that are concise, clear, relevant and delivered in the appropriate style and tone.

• Ability to establish and maintain appropriate relationships with customers.

• Computer literate, good knowledge of Excel is necessary.

• Fluent English.

Additional Information

• Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30

• Permanent contract.

• Monthly allowance & Yearly bonus.

• Health insurance from first day of work.

• Hybrid work schedule (3 days on site and 2 days’ work from home).

• Salary: 1900 -2600 EUR Gross. The final salary offer will depend on the candidate’s previous experience and qualifications.
