職務概要 Position Summary:  

本従業員は、GMP/GCTPおよびJ&J品質ガイドラインに準拠したラボ品質システムの実装、改善および調和を実行する責任をもつ。 

The employee is responsible for implementation, improvement and harmonization of laboratory quality systems in accordance with GMP/GCTP and J&J quality guidelines. 

法規制の順守に関する責任 Regulatory Compliance Responsibilities: 

試験室の運用は、次の法律および規制に準拠している必要がある (ただしこれらに限定されるものではな 

い)。 

• ­GMP/GCTP 

• ­麻薬および向精神薬管理法 

• ­日本薬局方などの公定書 

• ­医薬品、医療機器等の品質、有効性及び安全性の確保等に関する法律 (薬機法) 

• ­毒物及び劇物取締法、有害物質規制法などの化学物質の法規制 

Lab operations must be compliant with the following laws and regulations (but not limited to). 

• ­GMP/GCTP 

• ­Narcotics and Psychotropics Control Law 

• ­Official compendium such as Japanese Pharmacopeia, etc. 

• ­Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act (PMD Act) 

• ­Laws and regulations on Chemical Substances such as Poisonous and Deleterious ­ 

• Substances Control Law and the Hazardous Substances Control Law etc. 

主な職務及び責務 Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• ラボの品質システムの実装、改善、調和に責任を持つ。 

• 他拠点と富士間での分析手法の移管をリードする。新製品LauchのQC活動をleadする。  

• すべてのラボシステムがGMP/GCTPおよびJ&Jガイドラインおよび品質基準に準拠していることを確認する責任がある。これには、ラボシステムの規制当局への提出やサブシステムオーナーへ のサポートも含まれる。 

• 試験室システムを支援する活動を実施する。安定性試験プログラム管理、変更管理、Empowerなど。ファイナンス目標、効率性、生産性を向上させ、アジリティとフロースループットの向上、コストの削減、サイクルタイム、在庫の削減、パフォーマンスの改善、エラーの削減を目的としたラボ内のプロジェクトをリードおよびサポートする。 

• 安全かつ規制要件に準拠し、トレーニングマトリックスで定義されているとおりに作業するために必要なGMP/GCTP、EHS、および役割関連のトレーニングを受ける。GMP/GCTPコンプライアンス、恒久的な監査準備、コンプライアンスリスクと違反の特定を積極的にサポートする。 

• 品質管理マネージャーまたはラボリーダーによって割り当てられたその他の職務。 

• Responsible for implementation, improvement and harmonization of laboratory quality systems. 

• Lead with transfer of analytical methods between other sites and Fuji and Lead QC activities for the new product launch. 

• Responsible for ensuring all laboratory systems comply with GMP/GCTP and J&J guidelines and quality standards, including support to regulatory filings and sub-system owner for laboratory systems. 

• Perform the activities, encompassing activities in support of laboratory systems, e.g. , stability program administration, analytical change control, Empower, training, etc. 

• Leads and supports projects within laboratories aimed at improving on financial targets, efficiencies and productivities achieving increasing agility and flow throughput, reducing cost, cycle time, inventory reduction, performance improvement and error reduction. 

• Ensures required GMP/GCTP, EHS and role-related training required to work safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements and as defined by their training matrix. 

• Proactively supports GMP/GCTP compliance, permanent audit readiness, identification of compliance risks and breaches. 

• Any other duties as assigned by the Quality Control Manager or Lab Lead 

教育/経験Education and Experiences: 

• 科学、化学、生物学、バイオテクノロジー、微生物学、関連分野の学士号もしくは同等の教育 

• 医薬品業界における 3 年以上の業務経験 
• GMP準拠環境下における分析業務またはラボシステム関連業務の経験

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in science, chemistry, biology, biotechnology, microbiology, or related fields. 

• Over 3 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry 
• Experience in laboratory or laboratory systems-related activities under GMP-compliant conditions

知識、資格、及び技能 Knowledge, Qualification and Skills:  

• GMP/GCTPとデータインテグリティ 

• 医薬品の規制、基準、およびガイドライン 

• 分析試験/ 機器分析/ 機器管理 文書化 (SOP、WI、ラボワークシート、および評価) 

• Microsoft Officeなどの基本的な PCソフトウェアプログラムおよびEmpowerなどの分析ソフトウェアプログラム (データ入力、データ分析、ワードプロセッシング、プレゼンテーション、および計算のためのソフトウェアアプリケーションの使用) 

• 英語でのコミュニケーション（メール/会議） 

• GMP/GCTP and Data integrity 

• Pharmaceutical regulations, standards, and guidelines 

• Experience in analytical testing, instrument analysis, and equipment management 

• Proficiency in documentation (e.g. SOP, WI, lab worksheet, and assessment) 

• Ability to use basic PC software, including Microsoft Office and analytical software such as Empower (usage of software applications for data entry, data analysis, word processing, presentations, and calculations) 

• Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
