Job Description:
Perform one or several of the following activities:
Provide expertise & support to T&L Operations on processes & tools.
Define and manage the Process in accordance with BMS Requirements.
Master, control, optimize Transport&Logistics processes & tools.
Guarantee successful operational deployment of the Process.
Ensure adherence and compliance of Transport&Logistics community to processes and tools.
Contribute to design and implementation of the most optimized logistics solutions.
Design innovative (digital/robotics/automatization) & sustainable logistics & transport solutions.
Perform problem solving on Transport&Logistics processes/methods/tools.
Ensure the functional & methodological monitoring to prevent non-conformance to processes and to identify areas of improvements.
Perform Transport&Logistics costing activities (X to cost approach, Cost Break Structure).
Perform project management activities, develop and manage an extended network or MFT.
Support to outsourced activities (Work specifications, follow-up of deliverables…).
Perform flow analysis and eliminate non value added activities.
Define Transport&Logistics data management rules and take appropriate actions to secure data accuracy.
Create, maintain or provide support documentation.
Develop and maintain competencies of Transport&Logistics Community.
Create or contribute to creation of training material, and perform training.
Perform change management to the Transport&Logoistics community.
Identify IS/IT applications and digital promotion which support the Process.
Ensure IS/IT risks are raised to Process Owner.
Advise on gaps between the documented Process & IS/IT functionalities.
