Role overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Influencer & Marketing Specialist to support and execute influencer marketing initiatives across Ajaib's product lines, including investment, crypto, and banking.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with relevant influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and content creators, while managing end-to-end campaign execution. You will work closely with internal marketing and product teams to develop engaging campaigns, strengthen brand awareness, and drive user acquisition and engagement through influencer partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and build relationships with relevant influencers, KOLs, and content creators across different platforms, ensuring alignment with Ajaib's brand and target audiences.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing campaigns from initial briefing and negotiation to content production, publication, and performance evaluation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and external partners to explore potential collaborations and long-term partnerships.
• Work closely with influencers and internal creative teams to develop engaging, relevant, and impactful content that aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, conversions, and ROI to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on social media trends, emerging creators, competitor activities, and influencer marketing strategies to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Marketing, Product, and Business to ensure campaigns effectively communicate Ajaib's value propositions and support business objectives.
• Manage campaign budgets, influencer deliverables, timelines, and reporting to ensure smooth and efficient execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, digital marketing, social media, or partnership-related roles.
• Hands-on experience in managing influencer or KOL campaigns, including talent sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, and campaign execution.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as the local influencer and content creator landscape.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners.
• Creative mindset with a good understanding of content trends, audience behavior, and digital marketing strategies.
• Comfortable working with campaign data and performance metrics to evaluate results and optimize future initiatives.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working in fintech, financial services, technology, or consumer-facing industries.
• Existing network or relationships with influencers, KOLs, and content creators, particularly in finance, investment, lifestyle, and technology.
• Familiarity with performance marketing, affiliate marketing, and influencer-driven user acquisition campaigns.
• Basic understanding of financial products such as stocks, mutual funds, bonds, cryptocurrency, or digital banking.
